8th Grade Field Trip to Universal

We are officially opening our sign up form for the 8th Grade Universal Studios trip. As a reminder, the trip is May 29th, from 7:30am to 8:00pm. The form you fill out will cover further details, as well as payment options. The form serves as the permission slip and must be completed by a parent/guardian. You will receive an invoice with payment instructions after the form is completed and all requirements have been checked.
