Title 1 Parent Survey

This survey should take less than 5 minutes to take. Your input is important to us! Thank you!

School districts are required annually, to seek parent or guardian feedback and input. As we plan for next year, we need your input on how certain federal dollars are allocated. If you have children attending multiple schools, we request you complete a survey for each school, so your answers reflect a particular school. Your responses are anonymous and cannot be traced back to the respondent.
